The enthusiastic interaction between foreign students at Tsinghua University and Yongcheng Group

2016年4月6日，永成集团总经理温永受清华大学邀请，给在清华大学内修读硕士学位的外国留学生作一次公开演讲，讲座主题为“跨文化管理”。

On April 6, 2016, Wen Yong, General Manager of Yongcheng Group, was invited by Tsinghua University give an open lecture to foreign students studying for master's degrees within the 

university, with the theme of "Cross-Cultural Management".

温永总经理毕业于北京大学，在学生时期与清华学子有着多次相互交流学习的经历。此行是他创业以来第二次到清华大学作公开演讲。温总经理结合自己多年在海外经营企业和管理人员的经验，从文化差异、国际形势、政策分析、各国国学、行业道规、佛学以及圣经等多方位进行理论分析，并加以实例说明。演讲内容高瞻远瞩，观点前沿，内容丰富，深得师生们的喜爱与敬佩。清华学生代表当场邀请温总经理下次再来清华演讲的时间安排。

Mr. Wen Yong, the general manager, graduated from Peking University. During his student period, he had many opportunities to communicate and study students from Tsinghua University. This trip was the second time he had been invited to give a public speech at Tsinghua University since he started his business. Mr. W combined his many years of experience in running businesses overseas and managing personnel to conduct a multi-faceted theoretical analysis from various perspectives such as cultural differences, international situation, policy analysis, studies of various countries, industry rules, Buddhism, and the Bible, and supplemented it with examples. The content of the speech was forward-looking, the viewpoints were cuttingedge, and the content was rich, which was deeply loved and admired by the teachers and students. The student representatives from Tsinghua University invited Mr. Wen to arrange the time to give a speech at Tsinghua University on the spot.

讲座为全英文授课，知识深入浅出，学生兴致盎然，提问环节从原定的二十分钟一再延长至一个半小时！师生互动热烈，很是一番热闹非凡的课堂景象。在座的清华留学生以敏锐的思维提出了许多热点话题的疑问，温总经理一一耐心解答，娓娓道来。与学生交流观点的同时获取莘莘学子们的新观念，真正做到了教学相长。

The lecture was conducted in full English, the knowledge was presented in a simple and easy-to-understand manner, and the students were highly interested, the question and answer session from the originally scheduled twenty minutes to an hour and a half! The interaction between teachers and students was enthusiastic, creating a bustling classroom scene. Theeking University international students present asked many questions about hot topics with keen thinking, and General Manager Wen patiently answered them one by one, speaking in detail. While exchanging views with students he also gained new concepts from the students, truly achieving mutual benefit and growth between teaching and learning.

Yongcheng International Group is headquartered in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong. In the early years, it had branches in Hunan Dongguan, and established Vietnam Yonghao Co., Ltd. and Indonesia Yongwei Printing Co., Ltd. in overseas.
